NEW YORK–Springs Global and Waterworks have entered into a license agreement through which Springs will offer bathroom textiles under the Waterworks brand.
The debut collection will include towels, bathrobes, shower curtains and bath accessories, according to a joint statement from the two companies. This collection is slated to launch at retailers in September. Its design will mirror Waterworks’ highly sophisticated and luxurious looks in bath and kitchen faucets, surfaces, bathtubs, washstands and bathroom accessories, the statement said.
Joe Granger, president of Springs’ Branded Business, said the collection will add another brand to the company’s portfolio, which now encompasses Wamsutta, Springmaid, Court of Versailles and the most recent addition, Diane von Furstenburg. It will also provide Waterworks with a platform to “broaden its reach” in multiple retail channels, Granger said.
