WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.–Beginning next month, The New York International Gift Fair will offer series of “market readiness” webinars to exhibitors participating in the winter 2012 edition of the New York International Gift Fair.
Produced jointly by NYIGF and Right Angle Strategies, a business strategy and coaching consultancy, the series includes four pre-show webinars, one post-show webinar, and free, 15-minute business consultations during NYIGF.
“These valuable preparation sessions provide proven strategies and tips for tradeshow success, with content relevant to both first-time exhibitors as well as industry veterans,” said Dorothy Belshaw, NYIGF director and senior vice president at GLM, which owns and operates the show. “Our ‘Market Readiness’ training can help exhibitors to exceed their ROI goals for the winter market.”
The first session, “Marketing Tools to Make Your Show a Success,” will be led by Right Angle Strategies and public relations expert Cathy Steel of Steel Associates. Topics will include pre-show direct marketing, advertising and public relations, telemarketing, onsite promotions and give-aways. It will take place Thursday, Oct. 13, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
