WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.-GLM has created new staff positions and shifted areas of responsibility in connection with its summer 2013 reorganization of the New York International Gift Fair.
Randi Mohr, sales manager of the Gift Fair’s Accent on Design, has been promoted to the newly created position of sales director for NYIGF’s home divisions, overseeing sales efforts in the Accent on Design, At Home, Gourmet Housewares Show and Tabletop divisions, and continuing to manage sponsorship and digital sales. Scott Kramer, a gift and home industry veteran and former member of the Gift Fair team, has returned to GLM in the newly created post of sales director for the NYIGF lifestyle divisions, responsible for sales in the Baby & Child, General Gift, EX*TRACTS, New York’s Newest and Personal Accessories featuring Details divisions. Both Mohr and Kramer report to Christian Falkenberg, the Gift Fair’s director and vice president of GLM.
Mohr directs five members of the show’s home sales team; Jaime Sikorjak, promoted to sales manager of Accent on Design and Studio; Marc Delman, sales manager for the Gourmet Housewares Show and Tabletop; Danielle Giacoponello, sales manager for At Home; Kristen Hamilton, sales representative for At Home; and Mary Hennessy, sales representative for Accent on Design, At Home, the Gourmet Housewares Show and Tabletop.
Kramer oversees Patricia Rivas, promoted to sales manager of Baby & Child while continuing her work for New York’s Newest; Paula Bertolotti, sales manager for New York’s Newest; John Kelly, sales manager for General Gift; Melissa Engongoro, sales manager for Personal Accessories and EX*TRACTS; Nicole Climent, sales representative for General Gift; and Bibi Javed, sales representative for Personal Accessories and EX*TRACTS.
NYIGF’s Handmade divisions will continue to be managed by Liz Beauregard, sales manager, and Michelle Karol, sales representative. Artisan Resource, launched during this summer’s Gift Fair, will continue to be managed by Allison Rober, sales manager.
