CHICAGO—Both the Chicago Market: Living and Giving and the California Gift Show will feature Fair Trade Pavilions with handmade products from around the world.
The pavilions will be offered in partnership between MMPI, owner and manager of both shows, and the Fair Trade Federation. Among the product categories represented in the two pavilions will be clothing, coffee, food, furniture, home decor, housewares, jewelry, tea, toys and personal accessories. The pavilions will be located in centralized areas at both shows, which will provide ease of shopping and product offerings not found at other markets, MMPI said in a statement.
The California Gift Show is scheduled for Jan. 18-24 at the L.A. Mart and the Los Angeles Convention Center. The Chicago Market will take place from Jan. 20-26 at the Merchandise Mart here.
