Adams-Hartford Increases Show Space, Moves into Textiles

NEW YORK—Adams-Hartford is doubling the size of its showspace at 7 W New York here, and is launching a line of home textiles.

The new space will be in room 527 of the showroom building; its previous space was in room C108. The textiles collection, which will be offered under the label of Diane Adams, the company’s founder and licensing agent, and for private label, will consist of bed ensembles with top-of-the-bed coverings, pillow shams and bedskirts; window treatments; and decorative pillows.

Adams said the pricing on the new collection is being worked out. It will be geared toward national department stores, and Adams said some of the items will be offered as exclusives to certain stores.

Adams-Hartford’s current product line consists of framed art, tabletop products, furniture, lighting and housewares.
