SHANGHAI–British flatware maker Studio William will help set the table at Ultraviolet, a unique multi-sensorial restaurant that opens today in Shanghai, China.
Ultraviolet is the first experimental restaurant of its kind, attempting to unite food with multi-sensorial technologies in order to create a fully immersive dining experience. Conceived by chef Paul Pairet, Ultraviolet offers a single table of just 10 seats. Its 20-course “Avant-Garde” set menu is enhanced by a taste-tailored atmosphere delivered by the restaurant’s specifically designed technology. Studio William’s Baobab Satin and Karri patterns enhance the sensory experience.
