White Plains, N.Y. —With the Gourmet Housewares Show only a few weeks away, August 8 to 10, show organizer GLM announced that a diverse group of independent and big box retailers from around the country are expected to attend.

GLM also said that more than 100 entries have been submitted for its Gourmet Golds competition at the show. Products will be judged in the cookware/bakeware; kitchen-electrics; gadgets, cutlery and accessories; tabletop and textiles; gourmet-gifts and specialty-foods; and “green by design” categories. Also, a Best of Show award will be given to the entry that receives the highest overall score.
