HORSHAM, Pa.-Michael Duncan has been appointed president of Luigi Bormioli Corporation, succeeding Marcel Trepanier, who founded the U.S. subsidiary of the Italian glassmaker. Trepanier will remain on board as executive advisor.
Duncan, who previously served as vice president of the Stonehaven Group, will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations, with a strong focus on implementing strategic goals and growth plans, the company said.
“I am pleased that we were able to recruit Michael for this key position. He is well respected in the Industry and will bring with him a great deal of dynamism, experience, as well as fresh ideas in all facets of the business, especially in our marketing approach that needs to remain focused on the North American Consumer while continuing to produce a fine quality product in Italy,” Trepanier said.
