WHITE PLAINS, NY–Scores of leading gourmet products and housewares resources plan to participate in the summer 2011 debut of the Gourmet Housewares Show at the New York International Gift Fair, show organizer GLM said today. The Gourmet Housewares Show runs August 14-18 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
As part of the repositioning of the Gourmet Housewares Show to run alongside NYIGF, some 150 high-end gourmet products suppliers will be showcased on the Javits Center’s Level 3 exhibit floor, between NYIGF’s Accent on Design and tabletop divisions.
“Not only will the Gourmet Housewares Show introduce a number of well-established gourmet products suppliers to the New York market, it also will coalesce relevant resources from other NYIGF divisions,” said Dorothy Belshaw, NYIGF director and GLM senior vice president. “This will form a key concentration of kitchenware resources for retailers, and will created unparalleled cross-selling opportunities for gourmet suppliers seeking access to 35,000 home, lifestyle and gift buyers who attend NYIGF.”
