SECAUCUS, N.J.–Tabletop company Arte Italica has named Louise Schain, an industry sales veteran, to its new inside sales support and service department.
Schain, who reports to President Chris Collins, will be responsible for Arte Italica customer outreach, sales, service and sales force support. She joins recently appointed Tania Nieves in the sales department, whose goal is to service customers and salespeople in an effort to become an industry leading sales and service driven organization, the company said.
“We are pleased to welcome Louise on board as we continue to build upon what we believe is the model for efficient and expert customer service and sales support within our industry,” Collins said. “We believe she will play a key role in improving our efforts as it relates to servicing our customers and our salespeople at the highest level. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Louise in the past and have witnessed the passion, commitment and professionalism that she now brings to Arte Italica.”
Schain most recently was the showroom manager and sales specialist for Zak Designs in its New York City showroom. Prior to that, she worked at various retailers. She was a buyer for Gracious Home for several years and served in similar roles for Michael C. Fina and Broadway Panhandler.
