LANCASTER, Ohio–Monomoy Capital Partners has integrated Anchor Hocking and Oneida into one company called EveryWare Global, which will be based here.
John Sheppard has been named CEO of EveryWare Global. Sheppard worked for consumers goods companies such as Coca Cola and Cott Corporation for more than 25 years. Prior to joining EveryWare Global, Sheppard was an operating partner at Advent International, a global private equity firm.
In addition, Mark Eichhorn, formerly president and CEO of Anchor, has been named chief operating officer, responsible for retail sales and U.S. operations. Andrew Church, Oneida’s chief financial officer, has been named chief financial officer of EveryWare; Jaci Volles, formerly senior vice president of marketing and sales for Anchor, has been named chief marketing officer; Steve Lefkowitz, vice president of foodservice at Oneida, has been named executive vice president of foodservice of EveryWare; and Kerri Love has been appointed vice president, general counsel.
Monomoy, owner of Anchor Hocking, purchased Oneida last November. Earlier this year it decided to bring the two brands together to form a company focused on total tabletop and food preparation solutions for both retail and foodservice customers, according to Volles. The two brand names will remain.
