MATTHEWS, N.C.–Family Dollar has named Brad Rogers vice president-real estate development, a newly created position.
In his new role, Rogers is responsible for directing the discount retailer’s store growth in both new and existing markets. He reports to Keith Gehl, senior vice president-real estate and facilities.
Rogers began his career with Family Dollar in 1988 as real estate manager. He has since held other roles in the company’s real-estate division, most recently serving as regional vice president of the real-estate portfolio and new stores.
