Report: Sears Marketing Chief Resigns



HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill.–Richard Gerstein, Sears’ top marketing chief, resigned this week, according to a report in the Chicago Tribune.

Gerstein has been with the company since 2007. His last official day will be May 7, according to the report.

Until a permanent replacement is found, marketing duties will be led by Scott Friedman, executive vice president of the operating and support businesses unit.
