OMAHA, Neb.–Online home furnishings retailer Hayneedle is folding The Foundary, its independent flash sale site, into its online business. The foundary.com will no longer exist as a standalone website, the company said, but will produce exclusive curated sales events at hayneedle.com beginning May 6.

The company said it hopes to combine the better shopping experience at Hayneedle with the inspirational, sought-after designers that The Foundary has offered. The Foundary at hayneedle.com will offer consumers Foundary furniture and home decor on styleboards with exclusive content designed to help consumers find inspiration and complete their look. Hayneedle, meanwhile, offers certain shopping benefits, according to the company, including free and fast shipping on most items, product reviews, live customer service, easy returns, more than one million items across its site and competitive pricing and discounts.
