HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill.-Sears Holdings has named Steve Haber senior vice president and president of home appliances.
Haber will lead the company’s efforts in driving the growth of its appliances business, which includes the long-standing Kenmore lineup of products. Before joining Sears Holdings, Haber was executive vice president of Sony Electronics, in which he oversaw the product-to-consumer marketing and the home and digital-reading business divisions. He was with Sony for more than 20 years.
Sears Holdings also confirmed that Monica Woo, who joined the retailer as chief marketing officer last August, resigned her post in January. A search is under way for Woo’s successor. Meanwhile, Woo has joined Mozido, a financial-services firm, as executive vice president and global chief marketing and strategy officer.
