PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.—Safavieh has appointed Melanie Caduhada as account executive in the company’s wholesale division. She will report to Arash Yaraghi, principal, and will work with national accounts with a focus on catalog and online retailers.
“I admire the company’s history and reputation for quality rugs, and I’m excited to come on board at a time when Safavieh is emerging as a power player in the furniture and accessories categories,” Caduhada said. “I am happy to be a part of this new challenge and to help contribute to this growth.”
She previously served as special accounts manager and marketing coordinator at HFN magazine.
