CINCINNATI-Terry Lundgren, Macy’s chairman, president and CEO, has been appointed to the board of directors of Procter & Gamble.
Lundgren has succeeded former broadcast and cable executive Johnathan Rodgers, who is retiring. He will serve on the P&G Governance & Public Responsibility and Innovation and Technology committees.
Bob McDonald, P&G chairman, president and CEO, said Lundgren “brings extensive leadership, strategy and risk-management experience, as well as exceptional knowledge of the consumer industry and dynamic marketing practices.”
