NEW YORK–Rich Roman, president of Revman, has assumed the presidency of the Home Fashion Products Association.
Roman has succeeded Barry Leonard, president of Croscill/Ex-Cell Home Fashions/Glenoit, who will serve a two-year term as president of the HFPA Foundation.
HFPA also said Carl Goldstein, senior vice president of S. Lichtenberg; Mark Grand, chief operating officer of Peking Handicraft; Bob Hamilton, director of marketing for Welspun; Tom O’Connor, president of Springs Global USA; and Stephen Palmer, co-president of United Feather & Down, have all been re-elected to two-year terms on the association’s board of directors. Continuing as board members are Leonard; Gretchen Dale, chief operating officer of Loftex; Steve Elias, president of Louisville Bedding; Nancy Golden, vice president of marketing and brand management of WestPoint Home; Ed Greenberg, vice president of Pem-America; Jeff Hollander, executive chairman of Hollander Home Fashions; Carl Legreca, executive vice president of merchandising and design for fashion bath at Croscill; Tom Merriman, vice president of sales of Mohawk Home; Andrew Riesel, executive vice president of Richloom Fabrics; and Keith Sorgeloos, president and CEO of Home Source International.
