PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.–To celebrate its new 13,000-square-foot anchor space at AmericasMart, Safavieh will have a party on Friday, Jan. 8, from 5 to 7 p.m., during the Atlanta International Rug Market. Located on the fifth floor of the Area Rug Center in space 5-A-2, the new showroom is nearly double the size of its former one at AmericasMart.
“This fifth floor showroom provides us with the open plan design that will allow us to merchandise our designer licensing collections as distinctive and individual shops with inspirational ideas that translate to a retail setting,” said Arash Yaraghi, principal.
