NEW YORK–Five industry associations are joining forces to honor Elizabeth Miller, founder of Home for the Cure and a breast-cancer survivor, at a fundraiser to be held at CHF Industries’ offices at One Park Ave. here on Thursday, Oct. 29.
Executives Working in Home Textiles, the International Furnishings and Design Association, the Greater New York Home Furnishings Association, the American Society of Interior Designers and the National Kitchen and Bath Association will all host the event. Dr. Dara Richardson-Heron, chief executive officer of Greater NYC Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation, will serve as the keynote speaker.
