NEW YORK—Braun has joined with actress Emmanuelle Chriqui on a marketing campaign to promote its bodycruZer body groomer.
Called the bodycruZade, the initiative includes an online video featuring Chriqui, who appears on the HBO series “Entourage,” in which she encourages women to “join the cause.” It also has a Web site, bodycruZade.com, on which Chriqui will post blogs about body grooming and encourage women to share their views on the topic. Women are also invited to vote for entries in the Mr. bodycruZade contest, for which men can enter by posting a photo of their upper bodies on the site.
The bodycruZer is an all-in-one body groomer that uses shaving technology from the Gillette Fusion razor. The bodycruZade.com site also includes a customizable video on which women can send a message to men praising their body-grooming habits.
