WEST WARWICK, R.I.–Natco Home, a supplier of flooring and home textiles, has agreed to acquire Windham Weavers, a tabletop, pillow and accent rug supplier.
“This transaction, first and foremost, adds depth and breadth to our senior management, product development, creative and marketing team within Natco Home,” said Michael Litner, Natco Home’s chief executive officer. “Secondly, it brings a host of new and exciting products to the group.”
Richard Russo, Windham Weavers president, will serve as president of the company’s tabletop and pillow division, according to a Natco press release.
The transaction is expected to close in October.
