NEW YORK–Sam Geist, the marketing consultant and author, is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at an event hosted by Executives Working in Home Textiles during next week’s New York Home Fashions Market.
The event will take place between 6 and 8:30 p.m. Sept. 16 on the 11th floor of 7 W New York. Geist’s topic will be “How to Be Up in a Down Economy.” According to a statement from EWHT, Geist is a recognized authority on business management, strategy, leadership and the marketplace. He is the author of two books, “Why Should Someone Do Business with You … Rather than Someone Else?” and “Would You Work for You?”
Geist will speak about the current volatile marketplace, including the challenges of developing new strategies and possibilities.
