CLEVELAND–TTI Floor Care North America has chosen The Martin Agency as advertising agency of record for its Hoover floor-care brand.
The Martin Agency thus assumes responsibility for the strategic planning, creative development, and media planning and buying for the brand. The first work from this partnership is slated to makes its appearance in the fourth quarter of 2008. The Martin Agency was picked after a four-month review process that included 15 agencies, according to a TTI statement.
TTI acquired the Hoover brand from Whirlpool last year, after which the company put together a marketing team that conducted the agency review process, according to a TTI spokeswoman.
