KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.–The International Furnishings and Design Association has authorized the formation of a new chapter in Southern California.
The association has designated Rita Orland, owner of Wings Inc., as the new chapter’s coordinator. The Designcorp International office in Solana Beach, Calif., will serve as the location for the new chapter’s meetings.
IFDA is planning a kick-off event for the chapter on Aug. 20 in San Diego. The guest speaker will be Grace McNamara, publisher of Window Fashions magazine, and the event will be sponsored by San Diego Home & Garden magazine.
