NEW YORK–Alan Kennedy has been appointed senior vice president of sales, and Linda Del Pozo has been named senior vice president of bath merchandising at WestPoint Home.
Kennedy, takes over the sales of all WestPoint products, responsibilities most recently held by Tim Shine, who left the company in October. Kennedy, who joined WestPoint in 2001, will keep his duties overseeing the merchandising of the company’s basic-bedding line. Del Pozo succeeds Kennedy in the merchandising of WestPoint’s bath products. Both executives report directly to John Piazza, who was named WestPoint’s president and chief executive officer last month.
Previously, Del Pozo, who joined WestPoint in 1987, served as vice president of global supply-chain management.
