ATLANTA–Newell Rubbermaid has named Nancy O’Donnell vice president of investor relations.
O’Donnell brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and communications to the company, including 10 years of direct investor relations experience. She served most recently as vice president of investor relations and corporate communications for Spectrum Brands Inc.
O’Donnell will report to J.Patrick Robinson, president and chief financial officer, and also take direction from Mark D. Ketchum, president and chief executive officer. She succeeds Ron Hardnock who has been named group vice president of finance for Newell Rubbermaid’s Tools & Hardware segment.
