ALEXANDRIA, Va.–The International Sleep Products Association has formally set its slate of officers and trustees for the coming year.
Charlie Eitel, chairman and chief executive officer of Simmons, was elected to a one-year term as chairman of the ISPA board during the ISPA Expo convention in Baltimore. Eitel assumed the chairmanship last November on the resignation of Jim Nation, former president of Spring Air. Rick Anderson, president of Tempur-Pedic North America, has been elected vice chairman of the board.
The new trustees are Gerry Borreggine, president of Therapedic; Michael Faus, vice president of sales, Western region for Carpenter Co.; Dave Roberts, president of Comfort Solutions by King Koil; Stuart Spiller, vice president of Hickory Springs’ bedding products division; and Kevin Toman, president of Englander Sleep Products. In addition, Dick Doyle, ISPA’s president and CEO, and Bob Bobowski, the organization’s treasurer, will continue in these roles for the next year.
