NEW YORK–Lacoste Home, the textiles unit of the well-known apparel maker, has opened a permanent showroom for New York Home Textiles Market Week, and is creating a line of home products to mark the company’s 75th anniversary.
Located at 185 Madison Ave. here, the showroom measures 5,000 square feet. It replaces the temporary show space LaCoste used during last August’s market, which was located on 36th Street. The 75th-anniversary line consists of a bath robe and a bath towel. LaCoste Home has introduced several collections in these products and in bed linens, beach towels and sport towels.
Sunham Bedding is the licensee for the home fashions line.
