SAN FRANCISCO–Kaela Forker and Jeremy Ozorio have been named co-chief executive officers of American Pacific.
Forker, who most recently was the company’s executive vice president of sales, oversees American Pacific’s design, merchandising and sales functions. Ozorio, who was senior vice president of the company’s Asia operations and is based in Hong Kong, is in charge of global sourcing, development and operations in Asia. Forker joined American Pacific in 1992, while Ozorio has been with the company for six years.
It was not known at press time who Forker and Ozorio are succeeding. The two CEOs’ previous posts have not been filled.
