ATLANTA–Rizzy Rugs and its sister division HomeTexco will each open new showrooms in Building One of AmericasMart here. Rizzy will occupy 3,200 square feet on the third floor while HomeTexco will occupy 22,400 square feet on the 10th floor. The showrooms are scheduled to be open in time for the January markets.
The companies are using the new opportunity to feature cross-merchandising possibilities that exist with their respective product lines. Each showroom will include a cross-merchandised display: Rizzy is pairing its rugs with coordinating pillows from HomeTexco, who, in turn, will feature Rizzy’s product with its own bedding, table runners and placemats, pillows and throws.
