MEBANE, N.C.–Lee Hinshaw has been appointed president of international sales at Kingsdown, a newly created position.
Hinshaw is responsible for overseeing all retail channel sales outside of North America, South America and Central America. He continues to report to Pat Flippen, Kingsdown’s president and chief operating officer. From 1996 to his recent appointment, Hinshaw was vice president of international sales, and since 2003, he has been headquartered in Asia.
A Kingsdown statement credited Hinshaw for his role in fostering “significant growth” in the company’s distribution in Asia, Australia and the United Kingdom. He has also led several efforts, including new training and sleep-education initiatives in both the United States and international markets.
