DIAMOND BAR, Calif.–Kitchen appliance manufacturer Dacor has become the exclusive appliance provider to the Westgate Living residential project in Glendale, Ariz.
The company has reached an agreement on this project with its builder, Clear Channel Branded Cities. Each of the residences in Westgate Living will be outfitted with Dacor appliances from its Epicure, Millennia or Preference patented collections. These lines include cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves and ventilation hoods.
The agreement, which will last for three years, also grants Dacor certain exclusive and proprietary marketing and advertising rights with the Westgate Living complex. These include the right to produce six culinary shows in Westgate Living’s public areas each year, rights to one of Westgate Living’s Times Square-style signs and limited use of the Westgate Living product showroom to entertain dealers, clients and others while surrounded by the company’s products.
