HUNTINGTON PARK, Calif.–Julie Hayes has been named key account and sales force manager for Nova. In this newly created position, Hayes will report to Daniel Edelist, chief executive officer, and will help move the company’s strategy forward to go beyond its lighting roots to incorporate a more complete lifestyle assortment of home accents and furnishings.
Hayes’ background includes serving as key account sales director for Chandler Bedding, a Classic Concepts Company, and as national sales and marketing manager for Jamie Young Company. Responsible for Nova’s domestic sales efforts, she will work with Alex Silva, who oversees the company’s international sales.
