CLEVELAND-Kichler Lighting has purchased Teron Lighting Inc., a privately owned manufacturer of commercial lighting products headquartered in Fairfield, Ohio.

TLI provides commercial-grade, energy-efficient lighting solutions to such markets as assisted living, healthcare, commercial, education, government, hospitality and multifamily, as well as offers vandal-resistant and wet location fixtures. It will operate as a stand-alone entity with President Michael Bellos and CEO David Bellos continuing to manage the business. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
