VALLEJO, Calif.–Meyer Corp. U.S. has named Jay Zilinskas as managing director, a new position, from his position as chief merchandising officer.
Reporting to Stanley Cheng, chairman and chief executive officer, and Robert Rae, president, Zilinskas now has the responsibility for all sales, marketing and operational departments.
Zilinskas first joined the company in 1996 as a regional sales manager for Meyer Division Sales. He was then appointed national sales manager in 1998 and then vice president in 2000. In 2006, he became chief merchandising officer.
