FARMINGDALE, N.Y.–WMF/USA and Kaiser Bakeware, both units of WMF Group, have merged, and WMF/USA will now be known as WMF Americas.
According to a WMF statement, the merger “offers the opportunity to leverage the distribution of its combined brand portfolio.” The products include Kaiser bakeware, Alfi thermal carafes, Silit cookware, WMF hotelware and HEPP hotelware.
In addition, Markus Glueck, previously vice president of WMF/USA, will now become president of WMF Americas. Stefan Nisi, president of WMF/USA, is returning to Germany in an unspecified position. Mark Harris, previously executive vice president of Kaiser Bakeware, has become vice president of sales and marketing of WMF Americas’ consumer division.
