LIBERTYVILLE, Ill.-Hearthware has named David Oland executive chef.
In his new role, Oland is responsible for managing the members of Hearthware’s NuWave Culinary Team, as well as testing and developing recipes for the NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop and the NuWave Pro Infrared Oven. He will also appear in online instructional videos that will demonstrate recipes using both products.
Oland reports to Jay S. Moon, Hearthware’s president, and Gene Kim, vice president.
Before joining Hearthware, Oland served as a culinary instructor at Kendall College School for Culinary Arts in Chicago. He also founded David’s French Country Bistro, also in Chicago, and was executive chef at Trumpets Restaurant in New York City.
