FRANKFURT, Germany–Ambiente organizer Messe Frankfurt is offering to play matchmaker in an effort to support its exhibitors’ relationships with the international press.
Following the success of the first Speed-Dating@Ambiente at last year’s show, Messe Frankfurt will once again give Ambiente exhibitors an exclusive opportunity to inform representatives of the international media about their latest products and innovations in brief presentations on Sunday, Feb. 9, the third day of the fair.
There are three presentation blocks on the program in Room Dimension of Hall 4.2. “‘Everything for the child’s room” will be held at 10 a.m.; “Healthy Food and Slow Cooking” at 12:30; and “Balcony—From Nostalgia to Urban Gardening” at 4 p.m.
Altogether, 36 companies have the chance to make a three-minute presentation of one of their latest, most innovative products in English. Subsequently, the journalists have two minutes for questions. After five minutes, the next company has the opportunity to present its product to representatives of the media. “In the interests of all participants, this rule will be strictly adhered to,” Messe Frankfurt said.
“Speed-Dating@Ambiente is an outstanding platform for informing international journalists about interesting products and innovations in a very short space of time,” said Sheila Rietscher, marketing manager, Kahla Thüringen Porzellan, a German tabletop company, in a statement from Messe Frankfurt. “We were rewarded for our presentation by numerous great mentions in the press. For Kahla, Speed-Dating@Ambiente is a great concept.”
Exhibitors interested in taking part in Speed-Dating@Ambiente should send an email to email@example.com by Jan. 10. The number of participants is limited to 12 companies and, therefore, products per presentation block.
