COSTA MESA, Calif.–Ceramic knife maker Kyocera has entered the cookware category with new ceramic-coated cookware featuring its proprietary ceramic nonstick coating technology. This coating provides nonstick performance that is safe, scratch-resistant and easy to clean, the company said. It is PTFE-free, PFOA-free and cadmium-free.
The new line includes 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch fry pans, designed to perform on all cooking surfaces, including induction. The pans are oven-safe up to 400 degrees and offer quick and even heat distribution. A heavy-gauge aluminum body clad with a stainless-steel base provides excellent thermal conductivity. A riveted stainless-steel handle is comfortable in the hand and highly durable.
Kyocera Ceramic Coated Cookware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The new fry pans come gift boxed and have suggested retail prices of $44.95 for 8-inch, $54.95 for 10-inch and $64.95 for 12-inch.
