CONGERS, N.Y.–Casabella Holdings LLC has recruited Michael Karyo to manage and further expand its kitchen business, which will now include silicone and other materials. Karyo will work with the product development team to create products such as cutting boards, pot holders and bake mitts. An official title has not been assigned to him yet, the company said.
Karyo has extensive experience in silicone products, having founded Silicone Zone in 2001.
“Casabella is excited to have Michael as part of our team,” said Bruce Kaminstein, chief executive officer. “Over the years, we’ve followed and admired Michael’s innovative and creative ideas. His expertise will help us to expand our current kitchen line and better serve the gourmet trade.”
