NEW YORK–HSN and Conde Nast have reached an agreement to create a collection of cooking products under the Bon Appetit brand.
The line, which is slated to launch on Jan. 31, 2012, will include stainless steel cookware, small appliances including pressure cookers and immersion blenders, cutlery and preparation tools. It will be available on HSN’s television, online and mobile sales platforms. Expansions to the collection will be added every other month.
The products will be developed in conjunction with Bon Appetit magazine’s experts and will be vetted in the magazine’s test kitchen. The magazine’s experts will also appear on air to offer tips, recipes and cooking demonstrations to HSN shoppers.
