COMMERCE, CALIF.—The Campbell’s Soup Company license with Gibson Overseas expands with new cookware and bakeware, mugs, sandwich containers and more. The new collection will be shown at the New York Tabletop Market next month.
“The new programs are inspired by Campbell’s huge influence on pop culture,” said Michael Kinsler, vice president of merchandising, Gibson Overseas. “People all over the world know and love this iconic brand’s famous red and white label. Our products are fun and colorful. They’ll be great at retail because shoppers already have such positive associations with Campbell’s.”
The line will include both contemporary and traditional styles, and have suggested retail prices designed for grocery and drug channels. “The patterns and imagery really resonate with consumers, especially in economically uncertain times,” said Kinsler. “Simple, nourishing meals are a comfort. So are the new assortments we’ve created to go with them.”
