DORAL, Fla.–George Duran, host of the Food Network’s “Ham on the Street” and “The Secret Life Of,” as well as a chef and cookbook author, has joined Imusa’s Culinary All-Star Team, which consists of Latin cookbook authors, reality television stars and other foodies to create recipes, cooking ideas and other content related to Hispanic cuisine.
“Our chef program is the first of its kind for cooking authentic Latin cuisine with celebrity chefs representing each region/country of origin within the Latin community,” said Manny Gaunaurd, president, in a release. “Delivering delicious meal solutions is another added value the Imusa customer enjoys when choosing our cookware and kitchen accessories.”
Duran will discuss his new venture and sign copies of his “Take This Dish and Twist It” cookbook at Imusa’s booth at the upcoming International Home & Housewares Show, on Sunday, March 22, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Monday, March 23, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Imusa’s culinary team also includes Elsie Ramos, a finalist on the first season of Hell’s Kitchen and cookbook author.
