CRANBURY, N.J.–Demarle Inc., which markets the Silpat and Sil-Eco baking products in the United States, has changed its corporate name to Sasa Demarle Inc. to reflect the scope of its parent company’s worldwide business. The company also debuted a new red and white logo. Its management team and product line remains the same.
In 2000, the U.S. subsidiary’s parent company, Sasa Industrie Group, merged with Demarle’s parent company in France.
