TORONTO–Kaela Forker Clary has been named vice president of business development for Umbra.
In this newly created position, which Clary will assume on Aug. 4, she will be responsible for product development and the company’s entry into new product categories. She reports directly to Les Mandelbaum, Umbra’s president and co-founder.
Clary’s most recent position was with American Pacific Enterprises, which liquidated last December. Joining the company in 1992, she was named co-chief executive officer with Jeremy Ozorio in January 2008.
