MOUNTAIN BROOK, Ala.–Due to the passing in December of Bob Reichenbach, who was in the midst of his second term as president of the Cookware Manufacturers Association, the CMA board of directors held an election, naming Greg Cairo as president and Darrin Johnston as vice president.
Cairo is president of Groupe SEB USA and Johnston is senior vice president of Meyer Corp.
Reichenbach was executive vice president, Lifetime Brands.
“Bob’s loss is keenly felt within both the association and the industry, but I’m honored to fill the remainder of his term and keep the association moving forward,” said Cairo. “The association is poised to continue its growth and influence in the new year.”
This year marks the 92nd year for the association representing the interests of more than 30 member producers of both cookware and bakeware in the U.S.
