Breville Selects Merkley & Partners as Agency of Record

NEW YORK–Breville has chosen Merkley & Partners, part of Omnicom Group, as its advertising agency of record.
In a statement from the small-electrics manufacturer, Breville said it saw “a natural fit” between its own high-end line of espresso machines, juicers, blenders and grills with Merkley’s clients. The latter includes Mercedes Benz USA, Arby’s, Pinnacle Foods (parent company of Aunt Jemima, Mrs. Butterworth’s and Duncan Hines), Ferrero Rocher (parent of Tic Tac) and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
Cliff Clive, Breville’s executive chairman, said the choice of Merkley is part of the company’s entry into “a new phase of growth in North America.”
