READING, Mass.—Keurig and its parent company, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, have reached an agreement with the Boston Market restaurant chain whereby more than 400 Boston Markets nationwide will offer Green Mountain coffee made with Keurig single-cup brewing systems.
According to a Green Mountain statement, the rollout will begin this month and will be finished in early 2011. It will feature Keurig’s B140 brewer and selections of Green Mountain coffee. The agreement was finalized after a test pilot in 10 Boston Markets in Florida over three months.
The Boston Market coffee program is part of its new branding and service format, and will be promoted by way of menu boards and point-of-sale creative materials in the upcoming months.
