GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–Bissell has launched the redesign of its company Web site at bissell.com.
The site now includes new features such as “Find Your Perfect Match,” which groups products by consumers’ cleaning and lifestyle needs. It also allows consumers to search for products based on features through “refine filters,” or boxes that consumers can check on the page. Another new offering is a “You Might Also Like,” section.
Other new site feature is “We Mean Clean Community,” which allows visitors to create an account and earn points for rewards; and a section that permits consumers to personalize their accounts with a photo, see their registered products, rate forum content and participate in discussion topics.
